Riigihanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping hankija vajadustele vastavate esmaabivahendite ja taktikalise meditsiinivahendite soetamiseks. Soetamine hõlmab muu hulgas ka toodete transporti hankija määratud asukohtadesse vastavalt raamlepingu tingimustele. Toodete nimekiri ja kirjeldused on ära toodud iga hanke osa kohta koostatud ja riigihanke alusdokumentide rubriigis avaldatud ostukorvis.
