Hanke eesmärgiks on Biokütuse transpordi- ja mahalaadimisteenuse ostmine maršruudil: Narva karjäärist - Auvere Elektrijaama vastavalt hanke alusdokumentidele ja tingimustele. Vastavalt Riigihangete seaduse § 35 lg 3 võrgustikusektori hankija ja dünaamilise hankesüsteemiga liitunud taotlejad võivad kokku leppida teistsuguses pakkumuste esitamise tähtajas, tingimusel et kõikidele dünaamilise hankesüsteemiga liitunud taotlejatele antakse pakkumuste esitamiseks võrdne tähtaeg. Hankija teeb ettepaneku määrata pakkumuste esitamise tähtajaks 19.02.2026.
