Description

Hange on välja kuulutatud keskpinge maakaabli ristlõikega 240 mm² koguses 5109 m ostmiseks. Pakkuda ainult hankija poolt heakskiidetud keskpinge maakaablit. Kaabel peab vastama hanke alusdokumendis P368 toodud nõuetele. Maakaabli tarnetähtaeg on hiljemalt 25.01.2027. Hankija vajadusel ja pakkuja võimaluse olemasolul on õigus ka sellest kuupäevast varasem tähtaeg. Tarnekoht (ladustamiskoht) peab asuma Tartus. Hankijal on õigus kaablit välja võtta kuni 31.04.2027. Selle ajani ei tohi rakenduda ladustustasu. Lepingu alusel tarnitava kauba akteerimine on lubatud alates 2027. aasta algusest, kui pooled ei ole kirjalikult kokku leppinud teisiti. Hankija võib hankelepingu sõlmida enne või peale üldandmetes avaldatud lepingu kestuse eeldatavat alguskuupäeva.
