Description

Hanke eesmärgiks on pealambi komplektide (lisa 1, tehniline kirjeldus) soetamine kohaletoimetamisega tarneaadressile. Eduka pakkujaga sõlmitakse hankeleping (lisa 2 hankeleping, lisa 3 hankelepingu üldtingimused) ja fikseeritakse lepinguperioodiks (kestusega 12 kuud) kaupade maksimaalne ühikumaksumus ning esimese soetuse tarneaeg, mis on ühtlasi ka tulevaste soetuste maksimaalne tarneaeg. Hankija ei aktsepteeri tarneaega, mis on pikem kui 130 päeva ja tunnistab sellise pakkumuse mittevastavaks. Kestvuslepingu täitmine toimub ostja esitatavate tellimuste alusel, milles täpsustatakse ostetav kaup, kauba kogus, tarneaeg, tarnekoht ning tarnetingimused. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
