Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida ühe pakkujaga raamleping kohtvõrgu nõrkvoolutööde teostamiseks (edaspidi: tööd). Hankija tellib tööd vastavalt vajadustele 2 aasta jooksul raamlepingu jõustumisest alates. Tööd peavad vastama kehtivatele nõuetele ja normidele ning olema ülalpidamises võimalikult vastupidavad, kauakestvad ja turvalised. Tööd teostatakse valitsusasutustes ja/või nende poolt hallatavates asutustes Eesti piires. Tööd on asukoha või asutuse põhised.
