Description

Riigihanke esemeks on elektrienergia ostmine Tartu Ülikooli hoonetele vastavalt tegelikule tarbimisele (kogutarne) hankedokumentides ja selle lisaks olevas raamlepingus toodud tingimustel ajavahemikul 01.03.2026 kuni 28.02.2027 börsihinnaga, millele lisandub müüja teenustasu (marginaal). Müüdav elektrienergia peab olema igal kuul 100% ulatuses toodetud elektrituruseaduse1 §-s 57 toodud tähenduses taastuvatest energiaallikatest. Tartu Ülikooli hoonete aastane elektritarbimine on ca 18 500 MWh. Aastane tarbimise maht on eelduslik ning selle määramisel on aluseks võetud Tartu Ülikooli objektide (Lisa 1) tarbimiskogused perioodil 01.07.2024-30.06.2025. Riigihanke tulemusel raamlepingu sõlminud pakkuja ostab tagasi Tartu Ülikooli päikeseparkide (näidatud Lisas 1) poolt toodetud ja võrku müüdava elektrienergia. Tagasimüügi kogus 2025. aastal seisuga 30. september oli 12,98 MWh.
