Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on röövlinnu lennukuju matkivate mehitamata õhusõidukite (linnukite) prototüüpide välja töötamine, valmistamine ja katsetamine vastavalt HD lisas 1 esitatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Hankeleping jõustub sõlmimisel ja kehtib 31 (kolmkümmend üks) kuud. Hankelepingu täitmise detailne ajagraafik lepitakse kokku pärast hankelepingu sõlmimist.
