Description

Hanke eesmärk on lukustatavate betoonplokkide ja laeplaatide ostmine koos kohaletoimetamise ja mahalaadimisega. Betoonelemendid on vajalikud laskeava ehitamiseks. Tarnekoht: Lintsi Tarneaeg: Kuue (6) laskeava elementide tarne detsember 2025. Kolme (3) laskeava elementide tarne jaanuar 2026. Hankija jätab endale õiguse elementide tarnekogust vähendada peale hanke avamist kui selgub toodete maksumus. Hankelepingutena on käsitletavad ka ostutellimused, millega võetakse rahaline kohustus. Ostu vormistamise valiku alus otsustatakse hankeeseme pakkumuse maksumusest. Seotud hanke lõppedes vormistatakse edukale pakkujale tellimiskiri, mis edastatakse e-posti teel ja mis on võrdsustatud hankelepinguga. Sellega loetakse hankeleping sõlmituks ning eraldi hankelepingu projekti seotud hanke juurde ei lisata ja ei sõlmita. Tellimiskirjale kohaldub hankelepingu üldtingimustes sätestatu (leitav käesoleva seotud hanke dokumentide all). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest Lukustatavate betoonplokkide ja laeplaatide ostmine koos kohaletoimetamisega ja mahalaadimisega laskeavade ehitamiseks.
