Description

Hankija ei jaga hanget osadeks kuna hankelepingu esemeks on funktsionaalselt koos toimivad või sama eesmärgi saavutamiseks vajalikud arvutid. Pakkumuse peab esitama riigihanke alusdokumentides esitatud tingimustel. Hankelepingu objektiks on "Tehnilises kirjelduses" toodud tingimustele vastavate arvutite rentimine 48 (neljakümne kaheksaks) kuuks koos transportimis- ning garantiiteenusega. Hankeleping sõlmitakse ühe eduka pakkujaga. Pakkumuste hindamine toimub majanduslikult soodsaima pakkumuse alusel. Võrdsete hindamistulemuste korral eelistab hankija eduka valimisel pakkujat, kes esitas riigihangete registris pakkumuse kuupäevaliselt ja kella-ajaliselt esimesena. Hankijal on õigus pakkumused tagasi lükata vastavalt RHS § 115 ja § 116 sätetele.
