Description

Under this procurement, EDC (the Employer) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor (the Contractor) to provide electrical installation condition reports (LOT 1) and electrical rewires (LOT 2) to domestic dwellings owned by the Employer within the boundaries of the local government area of East Dunbartonshire, if (and when) required by the Employer, under the SBCC Measured Term Contract for use in Scotland MTC/Scot 2019 Ed (the Contract). The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. Community benefits are included in this requirement. Community Benefits requirements are set out in the Community Benefits Approach in Volume 0 of the procurement documents. Community Benefits will be enforceable as part of the contract and monitored as part of the Contract and Supplier Management process. Under this procurement, any offered Community Benefits will in no way be scored/evaluated/taken into account beyond the requirement that ‘voluntary’ Community Benefits is included as an offering.
