Supply of 3 sets of rolls for a four-high reversible mill for cold rolling tests on steel sheets

The procurement covers the supply of 3 sets of rolls, 2 pieces per set, 6 rolls in total, for a four-high reversible mill used for cold rolling tests on steel sheets made of low-carbon and low-alloy steels with tensile strength up to 1200 MPa and thicknesses from 0.4 to 2.5 mm. The rolls must be forged with induction-hardened surfaces, made according to drawing no. ZM-1545, with a working barrel diameter of 220 mm, barrel length of 660 mm, total length of 1570 mm and a flat barrel shape allowing a stack height of 0.03 to 0.09 mm. Material: cold-work tool steels such as NC7V3 or NC7VL. Required barrel hardness is 61-63 HRC with a hardened layer depth of 6-8 mm. Delivery to Myszkow, Poland, by 15 June 2027.
