Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е: „Доставка на хигиенни и спомагателни материали за нуждите на НЗОК, с две обособени позиции“, както следва:- Обособена позиция № 1: „Доставка на хигиенни и спомагателни материали, включени в Списък на стоките и услугите по чл. 12, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП за нуждите на НЗОК“ и Обособена позиция № 2: „Доставка на хигиенни и спомагателни материали, целулозни изделия, консумативи и ароматизатори, за нуждите на НЗОК“.В обхвата на общ. поръчка за всяка ОП се вкл.периодична доставка до адресите на Възложителя на стоки и /артикули, подробно описани в Техническите спецификации на двете ОП. Приложение № 1.1 и Приложение № 1.2 към документацията за обществената поръчка. ОП №1 е запазена за участие на специализ.предприятия или на кооперации на хора с увреждания, които отг. на условията по чл.12,ал.5 и ал.6 от ЗОП. В запазената ОП № 1 могат да участват и др.заинтересовани лица, като офертите им се разглеждат съгл.чл.12, ал.7 от ЗОП и чл.81 от ППЗОП
