Description

Реконструиране на РТ и прилежащите му ОТ, като се подменят ПИТ положени в обща изолация със стандартни ПИТ. Производство и доставка на всички компоненти, в т.ч. ПИТ и ПИ елементи от системата за предварително изолирано тръби, както и изходните суровини и материали, от които се изработват трябва да отговарят на последните издания и изменения - БДС EN 253:2020 и БДС EN 448:2020 Стоманените тръби и тези, влагани в ПИТ и др.ПИ елементи, да съответстват на: - максимални експлоатационни показатели: Т=130 С и PN=2,5 MPa - стомана марка P235GH /или по-висок клас/, шевни стоманени тръби, отговарящи на БДС EN 10217-2:2019 или БДС EN 10217-5:2019 - изделието да е придружено от документи от контрол, съответстващи на БДС EN 10204:2005 - единична дължина на тръбите 12м; дължина на свободните заваряеми краища на ПИТ 160 +/- 10мм - всички тръби да са рявно отрязани, със скосени краища за улеснена заварка и защитени с антикорозионно покритие -изолацията на ПИТ и др.ПИ елементи да бъде изпълнена с полиуретанова система с разпенващ агент циклопентан
