Обект на процедурата: Доставка Процедура: Избор с публична покана (ПМС) Договор за БФП: BG16FFPR003-4.006-0011-C02 Доставката следва да бъде осъществена от външен изпълнител, определен от компанията при спазване на всички изисквания съгласно ЗУСЕСИФ и Постановление № 4 от 11 януари 2024 г. за определяне на правилата за разглеждане и оценяване на оферти и сключването на договорите в процедурите за избор с публична покана от бенефициенти на безвъзмездна финансова помощ от Европейските фондове при споделено управление. Процедурата включва следните стъпки: 1) Подготовка на документацията за провеждане на процедурата: изготвяне на публична покана с изисквания към офертите; 2) Публикуване на обява за набиране на оферти 3). Получаване на офертите чрез системата ИСУН 2020; 4). Определяне на комисия за разглеждане, отваряне на офертите, извършване на оценка и класиране на постъпилите оферти. Изготвяне на Протокол от работата на комисията за оценка 5). Представяне на документацията от проведената процедура за последващ контрол и одобрение от Управляващия орган (в случай, че е приложимо); 6). Подписване на договор с избрания доставчик.
