Обект на пръчката са доставки на медицински изделия и консумативи по предварителни писмени заявки за нуждите на „СБАЛББ-ТРОЯН” ЕООД, Троян, по смисъла на Закона за медицинските изделия, и съгласно условията на документацията за участие. Остатъчният срок на годност на предлаганите медицински изделия и консумативи следва да бъде не по-малко от 75% (седемдесет и пет процента) от обявения от производителя към датата на всяка доставка. В случай на доставка на медицински консумативи с по-кратък срок на годност, изпълнителят ще следва да заплати неустойка, съобразно посочените стойности.Цената се посочва в евро с/без ДДС, до третия знак след десетичната запетая.Посочените неустойки са записани и в договора за доставка.Пълно описание на обекта на поръчката и съответно на медицинските изделия и консумативи, по съответната обособена позиция, е подробно представено по форми, единица мярка и необходимо количество в приложения към документацията образец на ценова оферта.
