Предметът на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за доставка на канцеларски материали по чл.12 от ЗОП. Поръчката включва периодични доставки на стоки предварително заявени от Възложителя и конкретизирани по вид (търговска номенклатура), технически данни, комплектация и количества.     Посочените количества в документацията са прогнозни за срока на договора и ще служат при оценяване на офертите. Възложителят си запазва правото да увеличи или намали посочените обеми - съобразно потребностите и финансовата си обезпеченост, включително и да заявява други канцеларски материали oт уебсайта на Участника. Възложителят не се обвързва да изчерпи посочената максимално допустима стойност на договора.     Всеки участник трябва да подаде оферта за всички номенклатури, включени в Техническата спецификация.     Прогнозните количества, предмет на доставка по обществената поръчка са 16 040 единици от 63 вида канцеларски материали, в т.ч. 15 290 броя и 750 опаковки.
