Supply of heating fuel - gas oil

The contract concerns the supply of heating fuel, namely gas oil for the PCF, or an equivalent diesel fuel suitable for the heating system installed at the buyer's site. The award will be granted on the criterion of the lowest price. The contract will be concluded in trading sessions of the Sofia Commodity Exchange AD, following entry into force of the decision opening the order, and under the Exchange Rules of the Sofia Commodity Exchange AD. The quantity is 75,000 litres, with the buyer entitled to request and receive up to 20% additional quantities during the contract term if needed. Quality must meet Bulgarian state standards and the Ordinance on the quality requirements for liquid fuels adopted by PMS No 156/15.07.2003.
