Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка чрез покупка на гориво бензин А-95H. Общо количество, подлежащо на доставка: 500 000 литра. Срок за изпълнение на договора: до 24 /двадесет и четири/ месеца, считано от датата на влизане в сила на договора или до достигане/изчерпване на общото количество, в зависимост от това, кое от събитията настъпи по-рано. Начин на изпълнение: Доставките на горивото ще се извършват на база отделни заявки на Купувача, подадени към Продавача от отдел „Логистика и контрол“ към управлението на „Мини Марица-изток“ ЕАД. Срокът за изпълнение на конкретна заявка в рамките на действащия договор и предаване на договорената документация за планираната доставка е 3 (три) календарни дни от получаване на заявката. Заявката се подава по факс, електронна поща или с писмо (с обратна разписка) от Купувача - отдел „Логистика и контрол“. Аварийна (извънредна) доставка се извършва в срок от 1 (един) ден след получаване на заявката. Местонахождение/ Място на предаване: Складове на ГСМ на Купувача: - Рудник „Трояново -1“, село Трояново; - Рудник „Трояново - север“, село Ковачево; - Рудник „Трояново -3“, село Медникарово; - Складова база на „Мини Марица - изток“ ЕАД, отдел „Логистика и контрол“, град Раднево. Франкировка: DDP договорените складове на ГСМ на Купувача съгласно Инкотермс 2020. Поръчката се възлага чрез акредитиран брокер на „Софийска стокова борса“ АД. Купувачът се представлява от „Йо Ве трейд“ ЕООД (Борсов посредник) съгласно Договор за борсово представителство. Дължимата от Купувача сума се заплаща по банков път в срок до 60 календарни дни от датата на доставка, на база фактура-оригинал и двустранно подписан приемо-предавателен протокол за доставката, придружени с документите по т.25, съпровождащи изпълнението на поръчката.
