Supply, installation, commissioning and warranty of kitchen equipment (electrical appliances)

The contract covers the supply, installation and commissioning of new kitchen equipment (electrical appliances). The contractor must take warranty responsibility for any non-conformities, defects or faults arising during the warranty period, which participants propose and which cannot be shorter than 24 months from signing the handover protocol. The delivery, installation and commissioning period is proposed by participants and cannot exceed 20 calendar days, counted from contract signature to signing of the handover protocol. Within this period the contractor must, at its own expense, train and instruct the buyer's staff in using the equipment, confirmed by a training protocol. Item names, technical specifications, units and quantities are detailed in the technical specification table.
