Настоящата обществена поръчка се провежда по реда на чл. 20, ал. 3, т. 2 от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП) чрез събиране на оферти с обява, като в нея могат да участват всички лица, които отговарят на изискванията на Възложителя, съобразно тези указания, приложенията към тях и законовите изисквания поставени със ЗОП и Правилника за прилагане на Закона за обществените поръчки (ППЗОП).Процедурата ще се проведе по реда на чл. 187, ал. 2 от ЗОП при условията на чл. 61, ал. 2, 3 и 4 от ППЗОП, т. е по „Обърнат ред“.Прогнозна стойност: Общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката е размер на 12518.33 дванадесет хиляди петстотин и седемнадесет евро и 0.33 цента) без ДДС и 15022.00  (петнадесет хиляди и двадесет и две  евро ) с ДДС.Място за изпълнение на поръчката: Основно училище “Панайот Волов” - гр. Варна, ул. Св. Д. Солунски" №4.
