Настоящата обществена поръчка се провежда по реда на чл. 20, ал. 3, т. 2 от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП) чрез събиране на оферти с обява, като в нея могат да участват всички лица, които отговарят на изискванията на Възложителя, съобразно тези указания, приложенията към тях и законовите изисквания поставени със ЗОП и Правилника за прилагане на Закона за обществените поръчки (ППЗОП).Процедурата ще се проведе по реда на чл. 187, ал. 2 от ЗОП при условията на чл. 61, ал. 2, 3 и 4 от ППЗОП, т. е по „Обърнат ред“.Прогнозна стойност: Общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката е размер на 4498.33 четири хиляди четиристотин деветдесет и осем евро и тридесет и три цента ) без ДДС и 5398.00  (пет хиляди триста деветдесет и осем евро ) с ДДС.
