Предметът на обществената поръчка е за „Доставка и монтаж на интерактивни дисплеи в СУ "Димчо Дебелянов", гр. Варна, финансирано от Национална програма „Осигуряване на съвременна, сигурна и достъпна образователна среда“ Модул 1, Дейност 2 “Създаване на център за хуманитарни науки” ​​​​​​​подробно описани по вид, количество и характеристики в Техническата спецификация на Възложителя (Приложение №1). Общата прогнозна стойност на обществената поръчка е в размер на на 3 958.33 евро (три хиляди деветстотин петдесет и осем евро и тридесет и три цента),  без вкл. ДДС, или 4750.00 евро (четири хиляди седемстотин и петдесет) евро, с вкл. ДДС. В цената са включени всички разходи, свързани с качественото изпълнение на поръчката , описани в техническите спецификации по вид и обхват, включително, но не само всички разходи за материали, изработка, опаковка, доставка, транспортни, товарно-разтоварни дейности, монтаж и други разходи, включително необходимите документи за платени данъци, мита, такси, гаранционно обслужване и всички останали задължения на Изпълнителя. Ценовото предложение на участниците не може да надхвърля горепосочената максимална стойност на поръчката. Оферти, надхвърлящи максималната стойност на  поръчка,  ще бъдат предложени за отстраняване, поради несъответствие с предварително обявените условия. ​​​​​​​Обществената поръчка  се финансиране от “Национална програма “Осигуряване на съвременна, сигурна и достъпна образователна среда”. Процедурата ще се проведе по реда на чл. 181, ал. 2 от ЗОП при условията на чл. 61, ал. 2, 3 и 4 от ППЗОП, т. е по „Обърнат ред“.
