Възложителят възлага настоящата обществена поръчка като публично състезание по смисъла чл. 18, ал. 1, т. 12 от Закона за обществените поръчки (ЗОП) по реда на глава двадесет и пета от Закона за обществени поръчки (ЗОП), на основание чл. 176 и сл., във връзка с чл. 20, ал. 2 т. 1 от ЗOП, при съобразяване на стойността на сходно възлаганите дейности. Настоящите указания за участие в обществената поръчка са разработени и са част от Документацията за обществена поръчка съгласно чл. 31, ал. 1 и ал. 3 от ЗОП.   Процедурата ще се проведе по реда на чл. 181, ал. 2 от ЗОП при условията на чл. 61, ал. 2, 3 и 4 от ППЗОП, т. е по „Обърнат ред“.     3.  Описание на предмета на обществената поръчка:   3.1. Предметът на обществената поръчка е „Доставка и монтаж на интерактивен дисплей в ОУ "Панайот Волов", гр. Варна, финансирано от Национална програма „Осигуряване на съвременна, сигурна и достъпна образователна среда”   Не се предвижда възможност за предоставяне на варианти в офертите на участниците. В предметът на поръчката са включени и дейности по тестване (адаптиране, настройване) на всички инсталирани продукти. Изпълнителят трябва да осигури за своя сметка гаранционна поддръжка на доставеното и монтирано оборудване, през периода на гаранционния срок на оборудването, посочен в Предложението му за изпълнение. Не се предвиждат допълнителни плащания от страна на възложителя за дейността през периода на гаранционна поддръжка. Всички разходи за дейностите по гаранционно обслужване трябва да са включени в ценовата оферта на участника.
