Predmetom zákazky je komplexná dodávka profesionálneho gastrotechnologického a chladiarenského vybavenia do novozrekonštruovaných priestorov kuchyne, skladov, jedálne a baru Vzdelávacieho a doškoľovacieho zariadenia VS - Financie Tatranská Lomnica (ďalej len „VDZ VS - Financie“ alebo „objekt“), vrátane chladiaceho boxu, mraziaceho boxu a súvisiacej chladiacej a mraziacej technológie. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je aj doprava, montáž, odborné zapojenie, nastavenie zariadení, vykonanie funkčných skúšok, uvedenie do prevádzky, odovzdanie príslušnej technickej a prevádzkovej dokumentácie, ako aj odborné zaškolenie obsluhy. Úspešný uchádzač zodpovedá za úplnosť, vzájomnú kompatibilitu a riadnu funkčnosť všetkých dodaných zariadení a technologických celkov vrátane ich vzájomného prepojenia a integrácie do jedného funkčného a prevádzkyschopného technologického celku. Umiestnenie a rozmiestnenie jednotlivých položiek gastrotechnologického a chladiarenského vybavenia (výkres „Dispozícia gastro zariadení“), ako aj požiadavky na ich napojenie na elektrické a plynové rozvody (výkres „Požiadavky ELEKTRO A PLYN“), vzduchotechniku (výkres „Požiadavky VZT“) a zdravotechnické inštalácie (výkres „Požiadavky ZTI“) sú určené projektovou dokumentáciou tvoriacou Prílohu č. 3 súťažných podkladov - Projektová dokumentácia (Technická správa). Súčasťou Prílohy č. 3 sú aj uvedené výkresy, ktoré bližšie špecifikujú technické požiadavky verejného obstarávateľa/objednávateľa na predmet zákazky. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky vrátane rozsahu plnenia, technickej špecifikácie, záručných podmienok a servisného zabezpečenia je uvedené v Prílohe č. 1 súťažných podkladov - Opis predmetu zákazky a v Prílohe č. 2b súťažných podkladov - Cenová kalkulácia/Položkový rozpočet.
