Description

Predmetom verejného obstarávania zákazky je dodanie obaľovanej asfaltovej zmesi AC 8 O, II., 50/70, obaľovanej asfaltovej zmesi AC 11 O, II., 50/70 a obaľovanej asfaltovej zmesi AC 16 O, II., 50/70 určenej na vyspravky miestnych ciest a iných spevnených plôch. Odber bude realizovaný podľa potreby verejného obstarávateľa v termíne odo dňa nadobudnutia platnosti Rámcovej kúpnej zmluvy do 30.11.2026, alebo do vyčerpania celkovej výšky ceny za predmet zmluvy, podľa toho ktorá skutočnosť nastane skôr. Verejný obstarávateľ si bude predmet zákazky preberať v mieste jeho výroby a prepravu predmetu zákazky z miesta výroby zabezpečí verejný obstarávateľ dopravnými prostriedkami na vlastné náklady. Vzhľadom ku skutočnosti, že verejný obstarávateľ potrebuje zabezpečiť/zachovať technické a kvalitatívne parametre predmetu zákazky výrobňa obaľovanej asfaltovej zmesi uchádzača nesmie byť vzdialená viac ako 40 km od sídla verejného obstarávateľa. Predmetom zákazky je aj naloženie tovaru na dopravný prostriedok v mieste preberania tovaru. Predpokladané množstvo odobratej obaľovanej asfaltovej zmesi: - AC 8 O, II., 50/70 je 900 ton, - AC 11 O, II., 50/70 je 100 ton, - AC 16 O, II., 50/70 je 100 ton.
