(270шт).Постачальник зобов’язаний передавати Замовнику належні документи, що підтверджують якість Товару (Сертифікати. Декларації на товар , тощо) з кожною партією товару. Товар відвантажується до пансіонату з терміном його придатності до споживання, що визначені нормативними документами для певних видів продуктів. Термін придатності повинен складати на момент поставки товару не менше 80% до його загального терміну придатності до споживання, але не менше ніж до 31.10.2027р..Постачальник гарантує, що країна походження товару, який буде постачатися Замовнику, як на дату поставки, так і на дату укладання цього договору не є Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
