Постачальник зобов’язаний відвантажити товар Замовнику протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дня надходження заявки на Товар від Замовника. Оплата здійснюється за фактично отриманий товар протягом 90 (дев’яноста) календарних днів від дати отримання накладної Замовником на підставі документів, що підтверджують факт поставки (видаткових накладних). Фактом подання цінової пропозиції Учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
