Goods delivered must have at least 75 percent of the manufacturer's remaining shelf life, and never less than 12 months. The supplier must deliver each batch within 5 working days of receiving the buyer's written or telephone order, and no later than 20 December 2026. Goods may not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
