У разі, якщо документ або інформація, надання яких передбачено цією тендерною документацією, складені іншою мовою, ніж передбачено умовами цієї тендерної документації, у складі тендерної пропозиції надається документ мовою оригіналу з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою.
Якщо учасник торгів є нерезидентом України, він може подавати свою тендерну пропозицію іншою мовою з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою
