Зверніть увагу!!! Учасник, незалежно від його форми оподаткування, при подачі тендерної пропозиції вносить в електронну систему закупівель інформацію про ціну пропозиції без урахування ПДВ. При укладанні договору про закупівлю з учасником, який зареєстрований в Україні як платник податку на додану вартість а операція з постачання товару/надання послуг/виконання робіт підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість - сума ПДВ, розрахована згідно вимог законодавства України, буде нараховуватись на суму пропозиції переможця процедури закупівлі та зазначатись в договорі. При цьому, сума договору з урахуванням ПДВ не може перевищувати суму, зазначену в річному плані закупівель, з якого створено процедуру закупівлі, а саме: 107 763,20 грн з ПДВ. При укладанні договору про закупівлю з учасником, який не зареєстрований як платник податку на додану вартість в Україні, або не є податковим резидентом України, сума договору зазначається без ПДВ.
