The municipal non-commercial enterprise 'Bobrynetska Hospital' of the Bobrynets City Council purchased Diazepam, a solution for injection, 5 mg/ml in 2 ml ampoules. The contract was awarded to the municipal enterprise 'Kirovohradpharmacy' of the Kirovohrad Regional Council. The estimated value was UAH 16,121.50. Supplies are made in parts at the supplier's expense within 3 days of receiving the customer's order placed by telephone, fax or letter. Payment is in Ukrainian hryvnia with a 30 calendar day deferral from the date of delivery. The goods must not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran.
