The buyer is procuring medical materials, namely automatic lancets with a 21G needle and a puncture depth of 1.8 mm. The supplier must guarantee that it is not a citizen or company of Russia, Belarus or Iran (unless lawfully residing in Ukraine), that its beneficial owners or shareholders holding 10 percent or more are not from those states, and that no sanctioned goods or persons are involved. Goods of Russian, Belarusian or Iranian origin may not be supplied. The buyer may terminate the contract unilaterally early if these circumstances arise.
