The buyer, Kremenets Academic Lyceum named after U. Samchuk, awarded a contract for data processing machines (hardware), namely all-in-one personal computers for students at primary education level. Each unit was specified with a 23.8" FHD screen, Intel Core i3 12th generation processor, Intel H610 chipset, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Wi-Fi, keyboard, mouse and Windows 11 Pro (Education) operating system. The procurement was co-financed by the European Union under the Ukraine Facility. The contract was awarded to TOV 'ELIZ LABS' on 16 September 2026, with an estimated value of UAH 1,735,120.
