The Zakarpattia Regional Centre for Hydrometeorology of the UkrSMC of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine is procuring fuel: 140 litres of A-95 petrol and 500 litres of diesel, collected using trust documents (vouchers). A zero VAT rate applies under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No 178 of 02.03.2022, as the buyer is funded from the state budget and supplies support security and defence sector transport during martial law. Purchases will be made only upon prior order, according to current needs and within available financing.
