Diesel fuel (in the form of accounting coupon cards)

The buyer in Kyiv is purchasing diesel fuel amounting to 10,000 litres, delivered in the form of accounting coupon cards for use at filling stations. Coupons must have a nominal value of 10 to 40 litres and remain valid for at least 12 months; if unused, the supplier must extend their validity until fully used. Refuelling must be possible at no fewer than two filling stations of the same brand on the left bank of the Dnipro within a 9 km zone of the buyer's address in Kyiv, available around the clock except during curfew. Delivery follows the buyer's request within three days. Payment is made by bank transfer within up to 14 calendar days after delivery, and bidders must confirm the fuel does not originate from Russia, Belarus, Iran or North Korea.
