Постачання Товару здійснюється через розгалужену мережу автозаправних станцій Постачальника - АЗС постачальника має знаходитись в радіусі до 30 км. від адреси Замовника (с-ще Лосинівка Чернігівської області Ніжинського району, вул. Троїцька,90). Джерелом фінансування є кошти власного бюджету (кошти НСЗУ) та кошти територіальних громад. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями) та Постанови від 12 жовтня 2022 року №1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу». На виконання вимог діючого законодавства, якщо учасник процедури закупівлі є нерезидентом - надається інформація в довільній формі про кінцевих бенефіціарних власників учасника процедури закупівлі, що є нерезидентом: прізвище, ім’я, по батькові (за наявності), країна громадянства (підданства), а в разі, коли кінцевий бенефіціарний власник - іноземець є громадянином (підданим) кількох країн, - усі країни його громадянства (підданства), а також повне найменування, місцезнаходження та ідентифікаційний код (для резидента) засновника юридичної особи, в якому така особа є кінцевим бенефіціарним власником, характер та міра (рівень, ступінь, частка) бенефіціарного володіння (вигоди, інтересу, впливу). Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
