Вимоги до Учасника: - максимально наближена АЗС (власна, орендована або партнерська )Учасника торгів, на які буде здійснюватися заправка Замовника по талонам, повинні бути розташовані в радіусі дорожнього покриття не більше 5 км від місця дислокації Замовника (Тернопільська область, м. Ланівці, вул. Незалежності, 20а), для забезпечення можливості щоденної заправки службових транспортних засобів. - талони (штрих-карти) повинні діяти по всій території України на протязі 2026 року; - учасник відповідає за одержання всіх необхідних дозволів, ліцензій, сертифікатів та самостійно несе всі витрати на отримання таких дозволів, ліцензій, сертифікатів. Ціна на товар Ціна на товар має бути визначена з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, а також витрат на страхування, відпуск в літрах та інших витрат, визначених законодавством Закупівля здійснюється на потреби 2026 року . Закупівля товару буде проводитись по мірі необхідності в обсягах та в асортименті по заявці Замовника. Виконання договірних зобов’язань буде здійснюватись в залежності від обсягів реального фінансування Замовника
