Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), відпускається цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення: скретч-карток (талонів - дозволів) на отримання палива на власних або орендованих АЗС учасника-переможця закупівлі або на АЗС партнерів учасника-переможця закупівлі в межах міста Корсунь-Шевченківський Черкаської області або на відстані не більше 10 кілометрів від меж міста, термін дії талонів (скретч-карток) на пальне повинен бути безстроковим та/або з можливістю обміняти на нові талони з новим строком при закінченні терміну його дії. В будь-якому випадку термін дії (можливості їх використання) талонів (скретч-карток) повинен бути 1 (один) рік з дати їх видачі. В разі відсутності обмежень по терміну дії (тобто безстрокових талонів), термін дії не зазначається. Дія талонів (скретч-карток) повинна розповсюджуватись по всій мережі відповідних АЗС по всій території України. Строк передачі скретч-карток/талонів - протягом двох робочих днів з дати отримання заявки від Замовника до 15.08.2026
