Постачальник через електронний каталог подає пропозицію відповідно до вимог, установлених замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників в електронній системі закупівель. У пропозиції ціна подається без урахування податку на додану вартість. Умови поставки - згідно проєкту договору про закупівлю. Місце поставки: 28200, Україна, Кіровоградська область, Кропивницький район, селище Кам'янець, за місцезнаходженням АЗС (Додаток №2 до Договору), шляхом завантаження палива в автомобільний транспорт Замовника з резервуарів автозаправних станцій (АЗС) Постачальника.
