Description

1. Основним критерієм оцінки є ціна та відстань (10 км) до учасника. Термін дії талонів: не менше ніж 6 календарних місяців з дати їх видачі (активації талонів), з можливістю продовження такого строку з метою використання їх у повному обсязі. 2. Талони повинні бути номіналом 10, 20, 30 літрів. 3. Строк поставки талонів: не більше 3 (трьох) робочих днів з моменту подання заявки Замовником на їх отримання. Введення в дію (активація) талонів: в день їх передачі Замовнику. Паливо повинно відпускатись цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення талонів на території в радіусі не більше 10 км від вул. Кармелюка, 10 м. Васильків, Київської області, що забезпечить мінімальні витрати замовника на переїзд транспортних засобів від адреси замовника до АЗС. 4. У разі, якщо учасник пропонує до постачання пальне вітчизняного виробництва, тоді учасник надає копію сертифікату відповідності пропонованого товару ДСТУ 7688:2015 «Паливо дизельне Євро. Технічні умови» та паспорту якості на запропоноване пальне. 5. У разі, якщо учасник пропонує до постачання пальне іноземного виробництва, тоді учасник надає: -документ, виданий іноземним суб’єктом господарювання чи органом з оцінки відповідності мовою оригіналу, що підтверджує відповідність запропонованого Учасником пального стандартам EN 590 (дизельне паливо) або їх аналогів та/або копії сертифікатів відповідності та паспортів якості на запропоноване пальне.
