Diesel fuel (Euro 5), card

The Pilypovychi Lyceum of Zviahel City Council, Zhytomyr region, awarded a public contract for diesel fuel (Euro 5) supplied in the form of scratch cards. The cards were to be issued in denominations of 5 and 10 litres in the quantities set out in the contract specification, delivered to the buyer in the village of Pylypovychi, and redeemed at fuel stations serving the supplier's scratch cards. Cards had to remain valid for at least one year, with an exchange obligation for expired cards. The fuel could not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran. The contract was awarded to TOV 'Petrol Partner' with an estimated value of UAH 49,235. The award date was 24 September 2026, with delivery due by 30 October 2026.
