Diesel fuel (Euro-5) and A95 petrol (Euro-5)

The buyer is procuring diesel fuel (Euro-5) and A95 petrol (Euro-5) to operate school buses, mow grounds and run backup power generators. The procurement follows the special rules for public purchasing during martial law in Ukraine and for 90 days after it ends, under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1178 of 12 October 2022. Fuel must meet the standards DSTU 7688:2015 for diesel and DSTU 7687:2015 for petrol. Filling stations must be located within 20 kilometres of the village of Zymne in Volodymyr district, Volyn region. Vouchers must be valid for at least 12 months. The fuel may not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran, in line with Resolution No. 822.
