Дана закупівля проводиться у відповідності до вимог Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 1178 від 12 жовтня 2022 року (із змінами й доповненнями). Товар повинен відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7688:2015 «ПАЛИВО ДИЗЕЛЬНЕ ЄВРО. Технічні умови», ДСТУ 7687:2015 «БЕНЗИНИ АВТОМОБІЛЬНІ ЄВРО». АЗС повинні бути розташовані на території не більше 20 кілометрів від села Зимне Володимирського району Волинської області. Термін дії талонів не менше 12 місяців.
