Diesel fuel

The contract concerns the supply of diesel fuel. The seller must safeguard the goods purchased by the buyer, and the buyer must collect the goods from storage within the terms set out in the contract and its annexes or supplementary agreements. Collection of the goods from storage takes place using fuel vouchers, which are redeemed by voucher presenters. Payment is made after the seller issues an invoice for the goods, a delivery note and a handover acceptance report, with a payment deferral of up to 10 days from the day the buyer receives the goods.
