Постачальник гарантує, що країною-походження Товару не є Російська Федерація/ Республіка Білорусь/ Ісламська Республіка Іран. Поставка Товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Місце поставки Товару: Україна, Дніпропетровська область, м. Дніпро (за домовленістю Сторін). Граничний термін поставки (передачі) Товару Замовнику - до 13.11.2026. Постачальник під час постачання Товару надає документ(-и), який(-і) підтверджує(-ють) якість Товару. Замовник не приймає Товар за якістю без документу(ів), що підтверджує(ють) його якість. Замовник здійснює оплату Постачальнику протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів після постачання Товару, платежами у розмірах фактично поставленого Товару у межах отриманих коштів державного бюджету України. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за Товар здійснюється впродовж 10 (десяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на свій рахунок. У такому випадку штрафні санкції до Замовника не застосовуються.
