Description

Die ÖV-Branche, namentlich die Alliance SwissPass, vergibt eine Vertriebspartnerschaft für das Aufladen und die allfällige Erstausgabe der Prepaid Card für den Öffentlichen Verkehr sowie für das Aufladen der Zahlfunktion auf dem SwissPass. Die Karten verfügen über ein JCB-Kartenschema (nur kontaktlos) sowie einen Barcode für die möglichen Ladevorgänge. Der Vertriebspartner muss ein flächendeckendes, zu den ÖV-Verkaufsstellen ergänzendes Netz von bedienten Verkaufsstellen mit Bargeldannahme in möglichst allen Kantonen der Schweiz betreiben. Die Ausschreibung ist in zwei Lose unterteilt, um den Kundinnen und Kunden ein möglichst vielfältiges Ladenetz anbieten zu können: Los 1 richtet sich an Convenience Stores und Supermärkte Los 2 an dienstleistungs- und versorgungsorientierte Anbieter. Die Ladebeträge können von den Kundinnen und Kunden frei gewählt werden. Der Maximalbetrag wird systemseitig überprüft. Das Guthaben ist unmittelbar nach dem Laden auf der Karte verfügbar. Die boncard payment & services ag übernimmt die Verwaltung sowie die technische Abrechnung der Ladevorgänge. In der ÖV-Branche ist vorgesehen, die Akzeptanz der Prepaid Card und der SwissPass Bezahlfunktion künftig schweizweit auszubauen. Für Zahlungen über ep2-Zahlterminals wird eine entsprechende Branchenlösung angestrebt.
