Die Stadt Delbrück beabsichtigt für ihr Bauordnungsamt das bestehende analoge Bauaktenarchiv zu digitalisieren. Im Zuge des digitalen Arbeitsprozesses werden die erzeugten digitalen Daten in die bereits vorhandene Fachanwendung PROSOZ Bau (ehemals ProBauG) von der Firma Prosoz importiert bzw. verwaltet. Darüber hinaus wird der Datenbestand in ein Dokumentenmanagement-System = DMS (Codia d.3) überführt.
