Das Tiefbauamt des Kantons Zürich, beschäftigt rund 500 Mitarbeitende. Der Grossteil der Beschäftigten (420 MA) arbeitet im öffentlichen Strassenraum und unterliegt somit der Verkehrsregelverordnung und ist verpflichtet, Dienstkleider gemäss EN ISO 20471 zu tragen.   Somit evaluiert das TBA ZH mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ein Unternehmen, mit dem ein Rahmenvertrag für die Beschaffung von Dienstkleidern inkl. Wäscheservice abgeschlossen wird. Der Rahmenvertrag beinhaltet die Lieferung des Lagerbestandes als Jahreslos, die Lagernachbestellungen in den Folgejahren, die Lagerverwaltung und den Wäscheservice. Der Wäscheservice beinhaltet den Bring- und Abholservice, die Reinigung und die Reparatur der Kleider.    Der Anbieter ist verpflichtet, die bestehende Kleiderkollektion des TBA ZH (inkl. Lagerbestände) zu übernehmen und in seine Wäschelogistik zu integrieren. Die Umkodierung (umlabeln) auf das Kodierungssystem des Auftragnehmers, gehen zu Lasten des Auftraggebers gemäss einem fixen Ansatz.
