01

The procurement covers new construction works for Dienvidzio and Uzlaukio streets, Stage I, in the city of Klaipeda. The contractor must also prepare the working design for the project, combining design preparation and construction execution in a single contract. The notice indicates that the submitted bid price exceeded the funds available for the purchase, so the financial budget is a relevant constraint for offers in this procedure.
