Powys County Council has entered into a contract with Morganstone Ltd to develop x14 walk-up flats, on a brownfield site at Ael-y-Bryn, Brecon Road, Ystradgynlais, Powys, Mid Wales. The scheme has been designed to meet Welsh Development Quality Requirements 2021 (WDQR 2021), Secured by Design Gold and Lifetime Homes. The dwellings have been designed to meet EPC A rating. Start on site is expected in October 2026.
